All orders are processed within 2–3 business days and typically shipped within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships — please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

During high-demand periods, processing and shipping may take up to 7–14 business days.

Please Note:
T&A GOLD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please reach out to us at tagoldllc@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

For sanitary and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ll make it right! Please email a clear photo of the damaged item(s) to tagoldllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement.
